AddressAthenix Special Missions (ASM) is seeking a qualified DevSecOps Engineer to provide support to a USSOCOM at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.

Summary:
Athenix Special Missions is seeking a qualified DevSecOps Engineer to provide support to a USSOCOM Data Technical Support requirement. The DevSecOps Engineer works as part of a team developing new and integrating existing technologies in support of the Intelligence Data Science Team.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will have experience working with engineering, security, and operations teams to maintain and enhance deployed mission hardware and software to meet security requirements and is able to create relevant technical documentation such as architecture policies and procedures to meet security objectives and system security measures and operations and maintenance.
- Initiate, supervise, and develop requirements for complex programs.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
- Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for critical challenges/issues.
- Collaborate with the client to identify, define, and resolve problems.
Required Qualifications:
- Shall have a minimum of a master’s degree in a computer science discipline or equivalent.
- Eight (8) years’ relevant experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity.
- Must have experience multiple years of DevOps experience and a strong background in automated deployments, containerization, and monitoring.
- Required experience with Python, Terraform, Containers (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Preferred experience with Apache, Docker, Postgres, GeoServer, Ubuntu
Clearance: Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access and ACCM read-on
Location: Tampa, Florida
Travel: The performance of this contract will include travel both within and outside of the Continental United States.
