About Us: Presentation Partners in Housing is dedicated to assisting individuals and families who are homeless or threatened by homelessness.
Position Summary: The Executive Director will support the Board of Directors, manage programs and operations, secure funding, lead and supervise staff, and coordinate community-based solutions to end homelessness. This role is essential in promoting the agency’s mission and fostering professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:· Provide support to the Board of Directors, including financial and programmatic updates.
· Secure funding through grants and fundraising activities.
· Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation.
· Manage and supervise Program Directors and staff.
· Conduct staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
· Ensure policy and procedural compliance.
· Represent PPiH in professional and community settings.
· Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:· Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
· Fundraising experience is required.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with homeless individuals.
· At least 3 years of nonprofit management experience at an executive level.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic databases.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:· Ability to walk, climb stairs, lift up to 40 pounds, and handle various physical activities.
· Comfortable working in potentially challenging environments with individuals in crisis.
