The U.S. Field MarketingVice Presidentwill work closely with business stakeholders to develop and manage integrated, data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth for the U.S. Private Bank. This role will focus on building and executing marketing plans that enable advisors to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships. The ability to collaborate and work closely with key partners, including the Front Office, Creative Services, Digital, Social, Business Intelligence and Compliance teams will be critical to success. The role requires good listening skills and the ability to work collectively to create solutions in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Head of U.S. Field Marketing to lead go-to-market strategies aligned to business goals that support advisors across the U.S.
- Manage opportunities to create digital and social (LinkedIn, Instagram) content to amplify local advisors, teams and events/sponsorships.
- Build and implement communication plans to more effectively drive awareness among advisors and markets.
- Educate advisors on tools, resources and campaigns they can access that can help them prospect new relationships and deepen existing relationships.
- Help build and manage more streamlined and automated processes to more efficiently support advisors
- Work collectively with key partners to create solutions in a dynamic environment that address business needs that can be measured for success.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

- BA or BS degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience and a demonstrated track record of success and increased responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategies, including executing tactics in a business-to-consumer environment
- Innovative marketer with experience and proven track record in paid and owned channels
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and capacity to connect the dots, synthesize complex information gathered from disparate sources and drive results under deadline
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Solid writing/editorial skills
- A strong communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
