To act as a key partner to the US President and the Clean Air leadership team. The role provides unique exposure to the daily operational and strategic challenges in building and leading an integrated country strategy. This is a unique role enabling the incumbent to gain an enterprise view, build capacity in core communicating, coalition building, strategic planning, and leadership skills, and build a cross-business/functional network in a key market for JM.
Your responsibilities:
  • Partner with the US President and the USLT to drive an integrated US strategy
  • Participate in the development of specific metrics and measurement tools to track progress of a prioritized list of US deliverables
  • Participate in building a US "Message House" of stories which showcase the proof points of delivery against business plans and people development
  • Prepare materials for US President to deliver to internal and external audiences which bring to life JM US as a provider of critical elements of engagement, empowerment and well-being
  • Identify, gather, analyse, and reframe information, data, and other information necessary to build the JM US story
  • Build and execute a series of country and location specific engagements for US President and GLT to engage directly with teams
  • Based on US strategy, help build plans to execute advocacy and communication elements of key deliverables including relationships the US President needs to amplify and nurture or establish
  • Participate in exploration and recommendations around US talent, the role of automation and manufacturing excellence, and other initiatives which the USLT believe relevant to executing on the US strategy
  • Assist US President in cultivating a play to win, high performance culture
  • Curiously seek out opportunities to join value driving discussions
  • Serve as US voice in key business team discussions
  • Plan, coordinate and collate work. Make effective suggestions and recommendations; provide constructive feedback; coordinate schedules, projects, and programs as appropriate
  • Perform any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

Requirements for the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, public relations, marketing, sales, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in data analytics. Ability to identify key insights and how the data can be used to solve problems and support strategic planning for the US
  • 1+ year Project Management experience
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred. Effectively build relationships across the JM businesses to understand their strategic visions and how best to integrate them into the broader US strategy
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
