US Operations Manager

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus potential for bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. During peak season weekends and extended hours are required.
DCCHail is seeking a Full-Time US Operations Manager. This position will report directly to the North American Manager and be responsible for the oversight of the entire US Operations. This position will be responsible for keeping the operation running as efficiently as possible while supporting the Business Development Manager position.

Responsibilities:
Hail set-up and management
Build relationship with insurance companies and clients
Oversee the development of new accounts and proper set-up
Oversee the company procedures are being followed
Assisting in creating the annual budget
Manage business operations to achieve optimal results in financial performance
Provide monthly report of business progress
Requirements:
Bodyshop and or hail repair experience (minimum 3 years)
Previous Hail Estimation experience is required
Estimation experience using CCC
Knowledge of insurance procedures
Knowledge of business finances
Ability to build strong relationships
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to travel across the United States is required, based on business needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Spanish is an asset
