BACK OF HOUSE-CREW MEMBER
The Back of the House Kitchen Crew Members are the backbone of the restaurant. He/She is responsible for all activities regarding BOH service of the restaurant as Cooks, Food Preps, Dishwashers, or General Kitchen Services. The BOH Crew Members are responsible for efficiently preparing all food served in the restaurant from the point of delivery to the customer's order. In addition to following The Taco Project’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cooks- efficiently managing the line and ordering tickets. Prepares multiple tickets following recipes and procedures.
- Food Preps- effectively preparing all ingredients and food items for Cooks.
- Dishwashers- efficiently maintaining clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment for food service.
- General Kitchen Service- cleaning, trash removal, stocking, and loading/unloading deliveries.
- Communication with the team and participating in pre-shift meetings.
- Providing friendly, quality customer service to each and every guest.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
