Job Title: Manufacturing Transaction Coordinator

Job Overview:

As a leading manufacturer of material handling and fall protection products, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Transaction Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in order processing, job transactions, and cycle counting to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
•
Print Job Orders:

• Print job orders for distribution to the manufacturing team.

•
Material Issuance:

• Issue material for jobs in the ERP system.

•
Cycle Counts:

• Conduct daily cycle counts and perform corresponding ERP transactions.

•
Root Cause Investigation:

• Complete and document root cause investigations for all counts with discrepancies.

•
Storage Location Mapping:

• Work with leadership to identify and map storage locations for existing and new components.

•
Reporting:

• Complete additional reports related to production and inventory as directed.

•
Collaboration:

• Collaborate with peers in other geographical locations.

•
Administrative and Clerical Work:

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
•
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

•
Experience:

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

•
Technical Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other computer programs.

•
Skills:

• Ability to participate in data entry.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read a blueprint.

•
Communication:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with factory supervision.

Work Environment:
Shift:

• Second Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday to Friday.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand (75%); walk (20%); stoop, kneel, or crouch (5%), as required.
• Able to climb portable ladders.

Safety Requirements:

• Able to wear safety glasses and foot protection throughout the shift.
• Able to wear hearing protectors (ear plugs) throughout the shift while working in an environment with moderate noise levels.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $20-22/HR DOE (Depending on Experience)
