Position: Transaction Coordinator
Location: Mesa, AZ
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $16 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction contracts for both home buyers and sellers, ensuring timely closure
Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee documentation collection
- Input listings into MLS, coordinate photo orders, and manage inventory to support agents in bringing homes to market
- Maintain and update various business metrics and records
- Communicate effectively with business partners and vendors
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Report directly to the Broker and provide support on projects, research, and assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management, titles, or mortgages preferred (willing to train)
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and other basic computer applications/software
- In-office position requiring proximity to our Mesa office with reliable transportation
