Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Real Estate Transactions, including paperwork, contracts, and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services as required.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating property showings and open houses.
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Transaction Coordinator experience in Real Estate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Real estate license preferred, but not required.
