We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist our clients local market exposure and research. The role will be provided with full paid comprehensive training in order to surpass our clients weighted attainment metrics. Due to a demand from our clients, we are looking to cross train the right individual. All training is provided and compensated.
Responsibilities
- Understand and be able to clearly communicate the value of our services to match the clients demands
- Research and fully comprehend our clients competitors penetration methods
- Work along side the Executive Team in order to improve exposure methods
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, incidents and escalations (CRM training provided)
- Work closely with other departments to ensure fluid communication and team cohesion
- Professional and composed decorum at all times
