Job Location: Omaha, NE
Develop and conduct urban planning initiatives; Research, analyze and design a variety of project types including comprehensive community planning, housing market studies, neighborhood revitalization, corridor redevelopment, downtown plans and multi-modal transportation planning; Advise and support planning teams for projects across the Midwest region; Collaborate with multiple disciplines, clients, and the general public; Prepare narrative reports on land use data; Consolidate data and findings into charts, etc.; and prepare visually appealing materials for meetings and events.
Requirements:
The minimum requirements for the Position Offered are a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Urban and Regional Planning or related field and two (2) years of experience in an occupation involving urban planning or civil engineering. Must have skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, ArcGIS Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCad.
