- Determine which entities are best positioned to partner with Wolfspeed in our talent pipeline efforts, upskilling efforts and cross-entity collaboration efforts, as applicable.
- Build existing and new partnerships with select organizations (i.e., community colleges, military bases and workforce development offices) to attract and engage the next generation of the Wolfspeed workforce.
- Introduce and promote the Wolfspeed brand to a broad range of talented diverse individuals interested in exploring a factory-based career path at Wolfspeed.
- Work collaboratively across the company to initiate, advocate, drive and measure programs and talent practices needed to build our internal and external upskilling efforts.
- Employ a data-driven approach while tapping into your creativity and experience to design and develop integrated partnership strategies and success metrics.
- Conduct periodic Upskilling Reviews with business unit leaders and external partners to share updates, ROI and future needs and assess customer satisfaction with our programs and partnerships.
- Build and maintain an extensive network within Wolfspeed.
- Maintain knowledge of Wolfspeed’s business units, products, services and factory talent needs.
- Integrate short-term and long-term workforce development trends into an overall engagement strategy while making recommendations for new and existing upskilling programs based on gaps within program offerings.
- Work closely with DEI, Marketing, Recruiting and other areas on external public relations and events.
- In partnership with the Upskilling Talent Manager, manage the related budget, evaluating ROI against year over year spend.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of full-time work experience
- At least two years of relationship management/community engagement experience of any type
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Prior experience partnering with external organizations (i.e., high schools, community colleges, or veteran/military organizations, workforce development organizations, etc.)
- Prior experience public speaking at an appropriate technical and business level for the audience
- Ability to analyze data, determine gaps and needed improvements and take meaningful action
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% (primarily in the local area)
- Willing and able to attend key external meetings and events outside of normal working hours on occasion
