Salary Range: $150,000 - $210,000
The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for building and retaining key customer relationships for Apple Bank by offering deposit related services to generate revenue growth. The incumbent identifies new account and deposit growth opportunities (internal & external clients) and also collaborates with Retail Banking, Commercial Mortgage, as well as other areas within the organization to generate revenue streams. This position is also tasked with developing, managing, and maintaining the portfolios of our clients.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging individual networks.
- Develop and maintain a network of prospective client referral sources through community and business development activities.
- Capitalize on growth opportunities by identifying the needs of prospective customers and providing appropriate financial solutions.
- Cold call within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Participate in community events to build personal brand and enhance Apple Bank's visibility.
- Collaborate with branches and department heads as needed.
- Consult with leadership on business trends in order to developing new services, products, and pricing.
- Obtain sales leads by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing internal relationships by partnering with Commercial Mortgage Department.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of banking/finance, experience.
- Must have a sales, business development, or deposit growth background.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
