JOB DUTIES:
- This a DIRECT HIRE position.

Maintenance technician must have a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in a facility with conveyers
- Two years of related Job experience
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance – able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what type of maintenance is needed
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead and oversee the duties of designated staff doing repairs/overhauls and preventive maintenance tasks
- Engage in thorough troubleshooting
- Lead Diagnostics, installation, maintains and repairs electrical, electromechanical, electronic and mechanical parts of all AZ1 – AZ8 Upstream and Downstream equipment that include: Ball Conveyor systems / DE Palletizer, Tray Conveyor system, Pallet Conveyor System, Palletizer, KUKA Robots, Pallet Elevator , Red Bull Bridges and Octopus Wrapper
- Lead Diagnostics, installation, maintains and repairs electrical, electromechanical, electronic, and mechanical parts of the entire VP Line Equipment that include: DE Palletizer, Unpacker, Pack Feeder, Wrapper, Logo Pack Printer, Conveyors, Full Tray Check Station, Empty Tray Station, KUKA Robots and all existing and future Westrock Equipment from all Production Lines
- Tends accessory equipment such as pumps and conveyors to move materials or ingredients through production processes
- Records operational and production data on specified forms
- Tests samples of materials or products to ensure compliance with specifications, using test equipment
- Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas, using moving equipment and hand tools
- Complies with environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste
