Core Job Responsibilities:

Primary Job Duties: - Includes, but is not limited to:

• Identify opportunities and create scheduling solutions for departments based on current business demands as well as exceptions.
• Maintain and continue development of reports, models, and dashboards around business key metrics to monitor and improve performance
• Perform data entry.
• Actively participate in divisional projects, tasks and assignments.
• Work to gain an understanding of the organization, divisional purpose, processes.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Actively pursuing a degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a status of Junior or Senior OR a graduate within the last two years.
• GPA of at least 3.0
• Working knowledge of Microsoft
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• At least 21 years of age.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
