Allegent Community Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Member Service Consultant. We are looking for a positive, energetic, motivated individual for this opportunity.
The right candidate for this position will assist members with their financial transactions including opening new accounts, answer phones, cashing checks, receiving deposits and payments, and performing a variety of transactions as requested by the member while providing excellent and engaging customer service to ensure lasting relationships with existing and potential members. Whether you are assisting a member with a routine transaction or a more complex one, you will be fully trained and able to assist members with all of their financial needs by educating them to beneficial products and services we offer.

- Previous banking experience a plus.
