Job Title: LPN Unit Manager
Parttime 3pm to 11pm
We are seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to join our team. As an LPN Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of LPNs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of LPNs, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
