Unit Clerk Needed for a premier facility for Part-Time weekends

We are a premier nursing care facility located in Santa Monica and need help with answering phones and performing a wide range of clerical duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or work experience)
• SMILES – Proud to be at our nursing stations, greeting visitors, answering phones, and ensuring only qualified individuals are allowed into the building (sign in’s, temperature checks, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (answering phones, following up, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and experience with office equipment
• Good phone voice and ability to juggle multiple phone lines and other clerical tasks
• Cheerful disposition, able to handle stressful situations and/or upset patients/family
