We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.
Why Intern with the USTA?

The Role
This is a 10-week program from June 10th through August 15th.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Times Square Office.
Hourly rate: $17.00
Key responsibilities pertain to supporting the full digital product and marketing lifecycle with data analysis.

Responsibilities & Projects:
- Assist with digital analytics tag management and strategy, email marketing audience development, and use of personalization tools for campaign targeting
- Aid in data analysis reporting and measurement
- Complete and present analysis of a USTA marketing campaign
- Ensure data is tracked appropriately to measure the campaign and provide analysis on the success of the campaign to the business owners
- Outstanding communication skills
- Candidates should be earning a degree related to Digital, Marketing, Data, or Analytics
- Strong analytics skills and familiarity with numbers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite), Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel - experience using formulas, pivot tables, and building charts and visualizations
- Comfortable working with large data sets and reviewing data and visualization for accuracy
- Basic SQL skills, a plus
- Experience with developing presentation decks (i.e. PowerPoint/or Google Slides)
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative business environment
