Job Summary
This role is responsible for studying the usage data and user input for terminix.com (and other customer-facing web sites) and managing the team which is creating user interface designs and mock-ups that will mimic the actual user site interaction, in order to improve the adoption and engagement rate of site visitors. In this role, the goal is always to increase the site's reach by improving the interactivity and enjoyment of terminix.com + other external-facing web sites, thereby capturing more revenue and leads for the online channel. This person will also own coordination of the implementation of user experience changes and include people management of our site developer and designer.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Relentlessly assess page-level data to analyze site-level user experience improvement opportunities across our sites; assist with weekly & monthly reporting of key site metrics
- Consult with various page/section/content owners to optimize UX at a deeper page level within our web sites
- Take initiative to streamline user flows, identify opportunities through exploratory data analysis, and think creatively to contribute value in ambiguous and unstructured problems
- Run reports and explain maximization opportunities, cost pitfalls and competitive trends for all UX, using presentation vehicles that are most effective for communication - visualizations, infographics, interactive clickable wireframes, and executive dashboards to show potential and actual impact from UX changes
- Own the prioritized list of A/B testing and personalization experiences via our CMS
- Coordinate closely web developer and drive implementation to ensure accurate risk assessments/feasibility recommendations as part of the UX concepts you recommend
- Work hand-in-hand with web designer(s) to match UX efficiency with outstanding, emotion-driving site update proposals
- Stay on top of the latest UX software and industry trends
- Recommend and prioritize UX improvement opportunities on terminix.com and other related company-owned sites.
- Purposefully drive a culture of testing and learning in the Digital Marketing organization
- Implement various code on website to help site engagement and performance, including potentially, HTML, Schema and JSON.
- Facilitate various A/B and personalization tests through CMS, working closely with UX, IT and other marketing stakeholders
- Work closely with IT to report and resolve technical issues and errors identified through web crawls, QA and other reporting tools
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
- Minimum 3-5+ years of digital experience, with at least 2 years focused on UX; people management experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with online website & CMS management, analysis, and optimization: Sitecore, Oracle, Adobe, Optimizely, etc
- 2+ years' experience in UX principles (including motivation studies, psychology of behavior, optimization variables, and metrics)
- Deep knowledge of digital optimization strategies and best practices.
- This candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
- Additionally, strong computer skills whereby the candidate is fluent in Online Content Management Systems, Microsoft/Google Office applications, etc.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
- Bachelor's degree in a related area, BA or BS;
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of Marketing management experience
- Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing professionals a plus.
