Summary:
This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface of one of the industry's leading game series. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for creativity, technical proficiency, and innovation to make a significant impact on the future of a beloved gaming franchise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement complex UI screens for interactive game features including data-driven dynamic layouts, animations, and transitions.
- Assist with troubleshooting UI artist issues with tooling and content authoring pipelines.
- Contribute to a visual library of XAML components for use in UI screens.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of technical UI artists, designers, and other developers to deliver in-game UI screens.
- Recommend improvements that help develop dependable UI content workflows through acquiring deep knowledge of our UI content data flow, tooling, and rendering techniques.
- Benchmark, debug, and optimize UI, while balancing visuals and performance.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in Graphic Design, User Interface, Art, Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience with XAML and Microsoft Blend.
- Familiarity with C++ is beneficial but not required.
- Portfolio that demonstrates examples of problem solving and UI intuition across a variety of projects.
- Experience shipping content with limited performance budget.
- Interest in accessibility and multi-platform scalable UI is preferred.

- Pay Range: $43.50 - 49.50 per hour
