Packaging and Content is looking for a Packaging Program Manager with a track record of success spanning multiple release cycles, and with projects containing critical globalization and localisation dependencies.
We are seeking individuals who excel in strategically planning asset creation and delivery across multiple languages, locales and channels, and feel comfortable operating within a dynamic and complex environment with status reporting and communication to all levels of internal partner teams.
The position requires the ability to develop, deploy and train the team on key programs in an environment where the emphasis is on innovation, collaboration and execution excellence. There will be opportunities to bring your subject matter expertise to bear through innovative individual and cross-team projects which will deliver cost effective solutions, process improvements and provide opportunity to employ cutting edge technologies.
This position is located in Redmond, Washington and provides the option to work in a hybrid model, splitting your time between working from home 50% and working from the Redmond office 50%. Relocation assistance is unavailable for this role.

Responsibilities
- Program Management of programs across all mediums (e.g. print and digital) from the source content development through to global regions.
- Ensure key globalization/international and production system requirements are built into launch plan of record with clear execution path, dependencies, and change management, while maintaining complete confidentiality
- Influence design and development towards world class customer experience and efficiency of our preproduction and localisation processes
- Support regional Internationalization Managers, production team and partners throughout the development and localisation cycle with effective change management
- Communicate project status effectively to cross-group teams and internal Partners
- Continuously improve international team processes and engagement model, work closely with the production team to make our work more efficient
- Drive cost reduction programs independently or in partnership with other stakeholder teams
- Build relationships with key upstream and downstream stakeholder teams
- Seek out, recognize and act on new opportunities to drive innovation across the business
- Perform additional activities as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in one or more areas: Program or Project Management of Packaging, Artwork & Print development through to manufacturing.
- Industry recognized certification (e.g. PMI, Six Sigma) in process improvement
- Vendor Management experience (in one of the following fields: localisation, language quality assurance, IT development, bespoke process creation and problem solving)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting and data management
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
