Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $55-62/hour DOE
- Location: Mont Belvieu, TX
- Work Schedule: 4/10 base schedule, but up to 12 hour days pre-turnaround and during turnaround
- Assignment Duration: 12 months+

- Proficiency with Primavera required
- Report to the Lead Turnaround Specialist during execution and the Project Controls Lead during planning phase. Responsible for all aspects of assigned project area throughout its life cycle. Schedulers will walk down scope, verify progress, and coordinate with all parties to ensure the schedule reflects proper status and forecast
- During execution Schedulers with mobilize to the field and provided daily forecasts for the management team and ensure the current status of every phase is accurately reflected in the reporting cycle
- Develop proper scheduling infrastructure for each turnaround: activity codes, resources, WBS nodes, etc
- Import jobs, tie logic, code, resource load/level all work in schedule
- Facilitate schedule reviews with TMT and Ops
- Work with planners and operations to develop decom/com plans for each system as well as work with cost group and planners on histograms and start/stop dates of necessary contractors
- Contractor Onboarding and follow assigned contractors/jobs and verify progress throughout all phases. Work with scheduler to monitor productivity of contractor throughout all phases
- Monitor all contractor’s safety practices while monitoring contractor’s head count and insure it is appropriate for the work fronts
- Work with inspections to identify any additional/discovery work
- Coordinate with cost group on AWR cost
- Proficient with Primavera P6 Software and Microsoft Project Professional
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data
- Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
- Outstanding decision-making skills and keen attention to detail
- 5+ years’ experience in scheduling and data entry knowledge
- Managing schedules for a large companies
