Trusts & Estates Associate

Description:

Associate with 3 to 6 years of trusts and estates experience. Complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation experience is required. International estate planning experience is considered a plus. LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is required. Orlando office location preferred; however, this position can be also based in any Florida office locations. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
