Trust & Estates Litigation Associate

Description:

A New York Premier Law Firm, an established New York State law practice with offices in Albany, New York City, Long Island, and Hudson, is currently seeking a dedicated, motivated Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of Surrogate's Court litigation experience. Practice experience in Trust and Estate Planning, Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Guardianships, and/or Estate Planning is preferred. This position will be primarily located in Albany with some New York City case work.

Salary is commensurate with experience, and any existing client base. The firm provides individual health insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and paid vacation/sick/personal time.
