Business Litigation Associate

A Transatlantic Law Firm is currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join the firm's New York City office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country. A Transatlantic Law Firm is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Preference will be given to candidates with deposition and court experience, as well as experience with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and with skills in fact investigation and fact development.
