SalarySpherion is seeking a skilled and dedicated Trust, Estate, and Probate Paralegal to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust, estate, and probate administration.
Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate forms. ...
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in estate matters.
Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
Prepare and file court documents and pleadings.
Coordinate with financial institutions, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in trust, estate, and probate law.
