Job Description
As the salon manager, you are responsible for the efficiency, profitability and day to day management of the nail salon. You are carrying out the policies of our salon in all activities and and customer service interactions and ensuring our benchmarks and goals are reached. You are also responsible for attracting new clients, seeking opportunities to grow and improve the business, and driving revenue.

- Prior experience working with booking software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience at nail/spa/beauty or other salon preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Experience
- Guest check in/out, maintain impeccable guest experience from beginning to end, helping to ensure a comfortable and consistent experience for every single customer. Handle and care for our guests. Make sure that they are satisfied, and take care of complaints and handle them in a quick manner.
- Is responsible for researching and keeping up with the latest nail techniques and ensuring guest services and products are up on trend and at par with the other local salons.
- Scheduling appointments over the phone/online/by email/social media
- Inventory management
- Light cleaning
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
Drive Business
- Understands the importance of maintaining strong client relationships. Promotes loyalty membership and customer referral program.
- Is creative in ways to advertise and sell the salon products and services by giving special offers and promos. Finds opportunities to increase our visibility through networking/partnerships and social media postings.
Day to Day Operations
- Is the liaison between the nail tech and the owners. Responsible for communicating updates to each technician and to the part time receptionist.
- Responsible for implementing store policies and procedures, enforcing consistent and timely execution of all systems in place.
- Optimize the salon scheduling and consistent completion of service steps and timing. - Hires and trains all newly hired staff in order to give the best service to their clients. Assists with the staff schedule for the technicians and receptionists.
- Responsible for ensuring store is clean and well-maintained at all times. Manage staff cleaning and sanitation process to ensure work areas are consistently cleaned and sanitized in accordance with management expectations and CDC guidelines.
- Manage supply ordering process, ensuring order requests are made in advance to maintain regular supply of products. Advise new product suggestions including polish colors, maintain organized presentation/inventory of all supplies..
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $15 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Fridays. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
