U-Haul’s Technical Center is seeking to fill a full time Truck Development Specialist. The Truck/ Development Specialist will research common and create new repair methods for trucks in the U-Haul fleet. They will identify areas where a new part or procedure is needed to improve the longevity of the vehicle and/or component. Then, communicate the problem and solution in written form, video and live demonstration.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to effectively use a volt ohm meter (DMM).
- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work to meet factory standards.
- Automotive service and repair experience.
- Professional demeanor.
- Must be flexible and have a positive attitude.
