Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic

Heavy Duty Diesel Technician / Mechanic Alltown Auto Repair/ATA Fleet Service is currently seeking an experienced full-time Truck/Trailer Technician to join our team. We are a high-volume fleet repair shop that enables us to provide a steady workload for our technician’s year- round. We have 21 bays, 24 lifts, two alignment racks, and 4 fully equipped service trucks.

Technician compensation is offered in two different pay scales. Hourly and Flat-rate/per job compensation.

Job responsibilities

• Previous professional experience as Heavy Duty Truck Technician
• Perform quality safety inspections
• Complete repairs and test drive in timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment
• Working knowledge of shop equipment

Requirements / Skills

• Diagnostic skills
• ASE certifications preferred - but not required.
• Diesel experience
• Trailer experience
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong, honest work ethic
• Must have own tools
• Clean, valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
