```Duties:```
- Safely operate and drive tractor-trailer combination vehicles over various distances - based out of Houston or Dallas TX
- Transport and deliver freight to various locations using 53' flatbed or step deck trailer, responsible for all strapping, tarping, chains, and other various load securing measures when required
- Ability to lift 50-120 pounds
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, electronic logs via My Geo Tab
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and other necessary documentation
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers using smart phone
-Compensation: Salary pay, varies based on OTR or local - between $100-$1400 weekly with yearly bonus available $5k-$10k
-PTO - 10 days per year

```Qualifications:```
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Smart phone available at all times
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Minimum of 1 year operating and securing loads with a flatbed or step-deck/drop-deck trailer
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or tankers is a plus
- TWIC is a plus
- Ability to stay in truck and travel over the road 4-5 days per week (for OTR option)
