This position is in Salary Grade CS1, with a minimum starting wage of $16.23 per hour. The successful candidate's wage will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range.

General Description
This position provides administrative support to the director and two to three advisors of the TRIO/CSP program. The TRIO/CSP program serves students who are first-generation, low-income, or students with a disability. This position is responsible for maintaining organized and accurate electronic and physical participant files and providing clerical support for the program. This is a grant funded position through the U.S. Department of Education, with the potential for continuous funding for five years, and the ability to apply for additional funding thereafter.
Qualifications: Education
Associate's Degree in Office Administration or a related field.
Qualification:Experience
Two years' experience in administrative support, preferably in a college setting; experience working with students who are disadvantaged; and a background in overcoming barriers similar to participants' is preferred.
Qualification:Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and written communication skills; and knowledge of customer relationship management systems.
