Trial Attorney

The Law Firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney for our San Francisco, Orange County, or Los Angeles office with significant civil defense litigation experience and jury trial experience in the areas of general liability (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.), products liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort.
The position has the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid  setup.
Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
• Significant first chair jury trial experience, and extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including to attend trial

Compensation:

• The annual base salary for this position starts at $160,000 to $200,000+ depending on years of experience and trial experience 
• Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+
