Job Description
The position has the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup.
Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
- Significant first chair jury trial experience, and extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including to attend trial
- The annual base salary for this position starts at $160,000 to $200,000+ depending on years of experience and trial experience
- Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+
