We are looking for a Treasury Senior Manager to join our team! This is a client facing role that will be responsible for the following: 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage global treasury/cash management team and serve as a conduit for all cash and bank related inquiries.
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining bank transmission files with both domestic and international banks, and ensuring Items requiring further research are resolved timely and accurately. 
  • Administer and manage the corporate PCard program for all employees, including serving as an escalation point for any credit-card related inquiries or issues and working with supervisors and banking partners to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare monthly Cash Forecast for including in board packages.
  • Prepare quarterly lender financial statements and covenant compliance certificates.
  • Assist with Bank Administration duties and entitlements for all company users.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation inquiries in Oracle and external bank platforms.
  • Provide technical treasury and bank expertise to clients, provide recommendations to executive leadership on go-no-go client strategies.
  • Responsible for upholding EP's Payment Terms & Policies, providing recommendations on exceptions to onboarding requirements timely and accurately.
  • Manage direct deposit policy by working amicably with clients to resolve non-compliance.
  • Understand and manage client credit risks and exposures to ensure no losses on bad debt.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to resolve credit and onboarding inquiries/issues.
  • Work with Receivables Manager to ensure cash receipts are reconciled on a daily basis to accounting systems properly.
  • Manage accounting for corporate credit agreements including accruals, forecasting and cash payments for interest, principal, FX hedging contracts.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and processes is a requirement.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence applications (Oracle, Qlik, Tableau, Salesforce, Trovata, etc.), including visualization development and script coding to transform raw data sets.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments/projects to deliver commitments on time.
  • Strong attention to detail (excellent quality of deliverables).
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and problem solve.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace to meet critical deadlines.
  • Proficient PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint).
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills required (modeling, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).

The salary range for this position is $107.500 - 142,500 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
