Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Treasury FX team. The Senior Treasury Manager of foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk management will play an essential role in growing and supporting a centralized foreign currency trading function, working closely with our global investment, IT, trade operations, finance, and accounting teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the ISDA request process
- Play an integral part in the new fund onboarding process with respect to FX hedging
- Partner with technology teams to build and maintain an ISDA database and streamline ISDA requests and reporting
- Liaise with investment, trade operations, finance, Treasury, and accounting teams to develop and enhance reporting on key metrics for monitoring ISDA activity
- Ability to take on new projects as required and efficiently manage existing ones
- Assist in the new fund and user onboarding and training workflow
- Build effective working relationships with banks and internal stakeholders
- Serve as backup coverage for the Corporate FX hedging program
- Enhance existing processes
- Assist in the negotiation and management of ISDA documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fund onboarding and ISDA process are progressing
- Lead weekly meetings with external counsel on ISDA status
- Schedule due diligence calls with banks, accounting and legal teams
- Work with KYC team to ensure NDA process is followed
- Deliver accurate and timely materials to be presented to Senior Management
- Ability to follow existing processes
- Perform other tasks and projects as necessary
Qualifications
- 7-9 years of ISDA/CSA/FX/derivatives experience
- Solid understanding of ISDA terms, EMIR status, Variation Margin implications
- General knowledge of FX and Interest Rate markets, hedging strategies, and operational processes
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills required
- Bloomberg, Python/VBA programming, Visio (preferred)
- Project management skills
- Familiarity working with large or complex data sets

Education

Base Salary Range
$120,000 - $160,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
