Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Treasury

The Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Treasury position is a key role within the Finance team at Dine Brands. This individual will provide support in the areas of Investor Relations and corporate treasury. This is an exciting opportunity to be in a visible and strategic role and make a tangible and meaningful impact on the business.
Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Company's strategy, industry and be able to communicate directly with institutional shareholders
• Support quarterly earnings process and Analyst Day including logistics, preparation of earnings release, conference call script and Q&A
• Build relationships with operating management and executive team as well as external stakeholders including debt and equity investors and sell-side analysts
• Provide logistical support including responding to general investor inquiries, calendar management and setting up and attending investor conferences and investor meetings
• Actively participate in the financial guidance process
• Prepare detailed financial analyses of competitor/peer company results as well as sell-side financial models
• Monitor the macro-economic landscape including all analyst reports and provide management team with summaries
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as peer benchmarking, internal/BOD presentations and other research requests
• Build/maintain cash flow forecasts and corporate liquidity position
• Monitor compliance against key debt covenants (coverage ratio, leverage ratio, etc.)
• Support cash management (shared services) team in identifying and implementing best practices to further integrate and streamline treasury operations and related processes
• Support in all capital markets transactions
• Salary $145k

Qualifications

• College degree required - MBA, sell-side research experience preferred but not required

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, Investor Relations, treasury and/or corporate finance role
• Strategic thinker
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and analyst research to identify key trends
• Strong business and financial acumen; a solid foundation in corporate finance
• Team player and excellent building relationships for interactions with both internal teams and with the financial community
• Highly organized
• Must possess presence, poise, persuasiveness, and a quiet confidence to earn the credibility with and respect of the senior management team
