- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
- 2 years of knowledge and/ or experience with business intelligence software, such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- 2 years of analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- 2 years of experience writing SQL queries, and familiarity with Python, R, or an equivalent data wrangling tool
Job Description
Treasury Data Analyst II
The Treasury Data Analyst II produces information that will assist Corporate Treasury in the effective management of Comerica's various balance sheet initiatives. This includes providing data analytics, visualization, and automation to various teams within Corporate Treasury to support financial modeling and reporting in response to business needs and regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate Treasury's effort in preparing for Enhanced Prudential Standards requirements (Basel III, LCR, 2052a, NSFR, etc.).
- Developing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that support effective internal reporting, such as: Liquidity Risk - Data needs around liquidity stress testing, key risk indicators, and various other analysis; Capital Management - stress testing, capital forecasting and sensitivity analysis; ALM - behavioral modeling, including deposit betas, deposit lives, balance sheet sensitivity.
- Support data and automation needs of the Funding, Portfolio, ALM, Liquidity and Capital teams for reporting to ALCO, ERRC, Board, regulators, IR, Accounting, etc.
- Support medium to large complex data and technology projects, including regulatory reporting (2052a, capital stress testing), LCR, NSFR, and other information delivered by Treasury to support various regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide data tracking and analytics in support of various Treasury initiatives to streamline recurring data tasks to improve accuracy and provide support for the Treasury department. This role will also monitor processes to ensure smooth information flow from sources to final output. Querying data sources and maintaining databases and source documents.
Work Hours8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager. *This position is currently located in Dallas. The position will be moving to Frisco, TX
