If becoming a thought leader in a space that is at the forefront of connecting with consumers is your aspiration, you could be the perfect candidate to become the Senior Analyst for First-Party Insights.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst will unlock insights that deliver solutions to tackle hurdles to Powering Positive Growth by:
- Deeply understanding how PEP’s different data sources (e.g., PepsiCo Tasty Rewards consumer engagement program, Tasty Makers panel, 3P data, etc.) are structured and how they intertwine to provide a 360 view of consumers.
- Delivering addressable consumer Data Insights that allow for personalization at scale in digital media, including analysing that data (i.e. survey results) to provide nuanced insights to inform campaign/creative development.
- Leveraging PEP data to deliver consumer insights using PepsiCo Tasty Rewards and the Tasty Makers internal panel solution, and thereby address stakeholders’ problems to solve.
- Executing use cases for our current suite of consumer data tools that allow for streamlining existing vendor contracts by building the final deliverable and coordinating with internal technical teams. This will require technical understanding of PEP data resources as well as an understanding of how brand problems to solve are currently being addressed by external vendors.
