Position Title: Product Support Analyst (Non-technical)
Hours of Operation: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)
Summary/Objective: As a Product Support Analyst you will partner with cross functional teams to identify, curate and update business profile attributes making an impact on both a national and international level. You will implement research using reporting tools to support key decisions on a wide variety of topics including product launches, customer experience and operational performance. You will develop a deep understanding of the client policy and contribute to the development of machine learning tools to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
· Review and research reported requests from internal teams and customers to determine if attributes require edits/updates.
· Conduct research through thorough web research, outbound phone calls and third-party sources.
- Meet daily quota expectations to achieve project volume.
- Initiate, refine, and complete project queue volumes with minimal guidance.
- Process ambiguous use cases through critical thinking
- Identify and report areas for continuous process improvement.
- Effectively navigate through internal tools
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience working with daily productivity and quality metrics/SLA goals.
- Experience with web research and problem-solving
- Experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticket management tools and Mac OS is preferred.
