Treasury and Financial Planning Analysis Manager

Location of role: Itasca, IL 60143 - Hybrid 4 days a week on-site

Salary 80K to 110K Depending on experience DOE

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience or more years of progressively complex finance, accounting, and treasury experience. Must be able to do modeling in Excel
• Hands-on with FP&A as well as Treasury work
• Prior experience in retail and money services preferred.
• SOX compliance experience is a plus and ERP experience is highly desired
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.) required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish language a plus.
• Looking for a driven, team-oriented Treasury Manager who loves to work with financial modeling and analysis.
• Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management, will manage the day-to-day functions to meet the company's financial obligations, and assists with other reporting as needed.
• Represents the company with financial institutions, company administration of the online banking platforms.
• Lead 3rd party treasury personnel in the day-to-day banking functions, oversee short term and long-term cash forecasts.
• Resolves moderately complex accounting issues related to Treasury and banking activities.
• Oversees compliance reporting to lenders and auditors.
