The Impact You Will Have
This role assists the Fund Treasury Manager in carrying out the strategy and activities of the Treasury function, including providing support to maximize the achievement of the company's financial goals by executing activities in treasury operations, including funding, investments, and cash management, with the primary focus on managing the company's fund accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Fund Treasury Manager in administering of bank accounts which includes overseeing the KYC and accounting opening process
- Integrate bank accounts with Kyriba (the company's treasury management system)
- Process all transfers and wires for all capital calls, distributions, line paydowns, deal fundings, and deal payoffs related to the fund accounts
- Review and reconcile cash transactions daily
- Run daily bank reports in Kyriba and ad hoc reports as needed
- Manage the cash forecasting of the company's Fund Management cash to minimize variances between forecasted and actual cash activities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively about value-creation strategies
- Other duties as assigned and required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- CTP or CFA preferred
- 3 plus years of cash management or Fund Management experience is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), banking portals, and a treasury management system (preferably Kyriba)
- Experience in financial modeling
- Experience in project management preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong work ethic to meet the daily challenges of a fast-paced environment
- Experience in writing professional letters
This position has an estimated base salary of $60,000 - $70,000.
