About the Role
Workday Treasury is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our growing team. The position will report to the Director of Treasury and focus on FX risk management. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of currency financial impact, and the skills to jump right in and make a difference.

About the Role
Workday Treasury is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our growing team. The position will report to the Director of Treasury and focus on FX risk management. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of currency financial impact, and the skills to jump right in and make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare key currency exposure analysis in support of balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs.
- Build effective partnerships across the Finance organization and collect exposure forecast data.
- Produce monthly and quarterly FX reports to support insights on hedge effectiveness.
- Assist in managing FX trading bank relationships including onboarding and counterparty monitoring.
- Ensure compliance of SOX controls and FX policies.
About You
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a treasury, accounting or finance function in a global company with currency exposure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver and think ahead.
- Willingness to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong business sense with ability to apply financial data to help develop insights to business performance.
- Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.
- High proficiency with MS Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides).
