Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst will support the Treasurer in building the Treasury function within the organization to provide a scalable and efficient infrastructure that supports the continued rapid growth of Inter-Con, and will be responsible for the day to day cash management activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Support the transition of all banking activities from the existing cash management bank to the new bank syndicate.

· Assist with the development of the U.S. domestic and global concentration structures in LATAM and Africa, and the opening of new bank accounts and treasury service enablement.

· Analyze and update the weekly global cash forecast in coordination with other departments and international operations and create processes for data integration.

· Support the implementation of automation projects including bank connectivity, payment processing, and account reconciliation.

· Initiate ACH, wire, foreign exchange, and positive pay transactions.

· Responsible for the administration of multiple online banking portals.

· Support the business development team by procuring bank reference letters.

· Prepare the monthly reporting packages for debt, investments, and derivatives.

· Assist with the development of and adherence to policies, procedures, and controls.

· Monitor the daily cash position and prepare reports for management.

· Analyze bank fees including credit card and foreign exchange.

· Assemble the quarterly compliance certificate package.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Knowledge of the banking industry and global payments.

· Experience with bank connectivity implementations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Effective planning and priority setting.

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 1-3 years of corporate treasury experience.

· Certified Treasury Professional or candidate a plus.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
