What will you be doing?

In this visible role you will work with Accounting, Tax, AP and FP+A to run the Daily Cash Management process of the Treasury Department.  The Treasury Analyst is an important part of the success of Treasury and Finance as a whole.

Job Responsibilities

• Become a Subject Matter Expert for our Kyriba TMS workstation, assist with troubleshooting and administration.
• Assist with implementation of Kyriba modules such as Cash Positioning and Cash Forecasting, Bank Account Management.
• Assist the Treasury Manager to execute our Bank RFP, such as opening new accounts, ensuring Treasury Services are added, coordinating legal and other documentation.
• Be the process owner for Bank Account Management – assist the Treasury Manager with documentation for bank account openings, closures, Know Your Customer “KYC” and other bank documentation.
• Perform Quarterly Access Reviews of Bank entitlements and signor update. Support the Treasury Manager to be the Liaison between international Finance Directors (FD’s) to complete bank questionnaires.
• Work with the Treasurer on Insurance process – coordinate documentation for annual renewals and other billing initiatives.
• Process Corporate Debt payments – prepare loan documents for Corporate Debt portfolio (Revolver and Term Loans) Execute FX trades and manage intercompany documentation.
• Support month-end Accounting Close process
• Assist Treasury Manager with Treasury operations. Such as daily cash position setting, initiate wires, month-end journal entries, and other banking services (merchant card, P-card, etc).
• Ad Hoc project support as needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• TMS experience required, Kyriba implementation and utilization preferred
• Quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills (advanced Excel and PPT skills)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree from top tier program with a focus in finance, economics, accounting, business administration
• Experience working in a corporate environment.
• Prior hands-on experience building / developing / overseeing cash flow models.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000.
