Summary:
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the selected candidate will be part of a highly visible Treasury team and will work closely with Senior Management and Global Treasury. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial modeling, knowledge of financial statements and will be confident and motivated to effect positive change throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to short term and long-term cash flow forecasting and modeling, preparation of regular metrics and analyses to support communications to management, credit agreement compliance, financial hedging activities, Power BI reporting and other Treasury and Risk Management activities as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with short-term cash flow forecasting for the USA and Global organization cash flows.
- Assists with multi-year cash flow modeling for the global organization.
- Reconciliation of weekly cash forecast to actuals
- Support daily cash and liquidity banking requirements.
- Provides ad hoc analysis to the Treasury Team (including CFO) and participates in special cross-functional projects as needed.
- Assists with the building of Power BI reports to deliver key business insights.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in finance, accounting, or economics.
- 2+ years of work experience in an analytical Finance role & Big 4 accounting preferred.
- Proficient in business analytics and financial modeling.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with experience in SAP preferred.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo for the good of the organization are required.
- Requires strong communication skills, both orally and written.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management and across a global organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
