The Traveling Office Manager will fill in at various office location when a manager is out. They will reinforce the daily operations of the dental office by ensuring compliance with company policies, managing employee and patient relations, and to increase production and collections while increasing staff morale and patient satisfaction.
- Effectively helps to manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables
- Works in collaboration with the Manager and the Regional Director to ensure that all office needs are met.
- Reinforces staff to get five-star online patient reviews
- Responds to doctor, patient, and employee inquiries and seeks assistance when necessary
- Helps with daily close out functions as well as daily deposit and end of month reports
- Reinforces that necessary reports are forwarded to the corporate office in a timely manner
- Handles patient complaints as needed
- Documents staff absences when filling in for the Manager
- Supervises dental office and clerical staff when filling in for the Manager
- Helps train employees after their initial basic training program throughout their time in the office.
- Daily maintenance of office doctor/patient ratio needs
- Plans, assigns, and directs work of office staff when filling in for the Manager
- Fill in as needed at the front desk
- Conducts morning huddles when filling in for the Manager
- Other duties as assigned
