SalaryWe are seeking a traveling Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! Our offices are located throughout Florida. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Must be a dependable, highly motivated, organized individual with problem solving skills and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Educate patients of treatment and care
- Assist doctor with minor surgical procedures
- Maintain all office cleanliness
- Have basic knowledge of referrals and/or authorizations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare, preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation
