Metz Culinary Management is growing and seeking an experienced Food Service Manager preferably with College Dining Management experience to travel as needed (up to 80%) to open new accounts, fill in for extended GM absences or interim GM requirements. This position requires EXTENSIVE travel to cover several weeks at necessary locations East Coast US. All travel expenses are provided.
Candidates can be based out of their current residence, with availability to report to various accounts as needed to manage staff on a temporary basis for 2-4 weeks or as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GM or Senior Operations/Retail Manager in Food Service Industry
- College Dining Management experience strongly preferred
- Catering experience
- Availability for EXTENSIVE travel commitments
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Process Improvement Knowledge
- FOH and BOH operations
- New account openings
- Knowledgeable with digital technology including ordering and HR systems
