Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Traveling BCBA. This exciting position offers the opportunity to travel to our expansion regions, including Riverside, Bakersfield, Santa Clarita, and Valencia to provide top-notch ABA therapy services to individuals across diverse settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients with autism and related disorders.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians (BTs; RBTs) and mid-tier level supervisors (i.e., Behavior Consultants) in delivering ABA therapy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Travel to various client locations, including homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, to coordinate care with caregivers, educational, and medical professionals.
- Monitor client progress, collect data, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions, progress notes, and behavior plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in behavior analysis techniques, including discrete trial training, naturalistic teaching, and behavior modification strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within designated regions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
