Will need to travel to South Eastern Area of Wyoming for work. Possible 3 weeks work for 4 weeks pay or something similar.
Possible living accommodations available, insurance, benefits negotiable
Working with a team doing Mobile Wound Care in Patients homes and in Independent/Assisted Living Facilities.
We treat all types of Chronic Wounds
Initial Evaluations, Dressing changes, and Wound treatment,-must be willing to use state of the art advanced form of Wound Care
Wound Vac experience a plus
Doing all paper work for dressing change visits - set up ordering for grafts and wound dressing changes
Work hand in hand with PCP, Independent/Assisted Living Facilities as well as Home Health Agencies to coordinate care
Work with medical providers in a team approach to deliver high quality care
Possibility for relocation to South Eastern Wyoming area
